I waited a while to writed my review until I had used your tips on my Nordic walking poles. I have been walking about 2 miles a day over sidewalks and street asphalt.
These tips are the best ones I have used. Unlike the others I have used, these tips wear evenly over the bottom of the tip, taking full advantage of the length and breadth. With the other tips, the end of the pole would wear straight through the tip completely, not utilizing most of the rubber that made up the tip. I think the V-Tread contributes to the even wear and stability I feel with the poles. Thank you,
I have the Heavy Duty Walking Poles from York Nordic and could not be more pleased with them. I am 80 years old, 6’2””and 240 lbs and I deal with balance issues and a heart condition. The York Walking Poles make me feel very secure when exercise walking and have improved my balance and speed. I highly recommend these Walking Poles.
Very comfortable and adjustable.
The ability to change not only the height but the angle of how my arm rests is a gamechanger.
As someone with a connective tissue disorder these crutches have given me the ability to be a bit more normal and allow me to move quickly, which I haven’t been able to do in a long time.
And if you suffer from shoulder pain like I do, it does reduce that pain since the entire body isn’t taking the impact of each step.
Took a little getting used to after regular forearm crutches, but now I am very comfortable using them. They relieve some of the stress on my hands as my forearms take on the pressure. The fit is perfect. Very pleased.
Having spent weeks at a time on crutches of all kinds, the jolt from having them hit the ground are not only jarring, but painful as well. These actually not only decrease the jolting, but they're really nice at maintaining their place where you put them, without it feeling unbalanced or like they're sliding. Highly recommend.
